Institution Identification Number (INN):
A set of numbers, as established by the American Bankers Association and ISO, which appears in the primary account number and identifies an Issuer Member for purposes of Interchange. An INN may also be referred to as a BIN where appropriate in the context. (See “PAN Prefix.”)
